Bio
With over 17 years’ experience in residential building, Tim looks after his projects with diligence and care. He is calm, meticulous with detail and experienced in all facets of carpentry and building, which ensures his projects run smoothly.
Tim has worked on a large range of projects – from large-scale new homes, to smaller scale alterations and additions. He also loves working with sustainable materials such recycled timber and brickwork.
With very high standards, Tim has a genuine care for his client’s needs and expectations. This standard is also reflected in his team members. He mentors and encourages them to achieve their best and drives a positive “can-do” attitude on site.
Tim also works closely with the Cadence & Co Design Team to ensure the final designs can be implemented during the construction period as intended. He maintains this relationship throughout the build, to efficiently work through any design changes along the way and ensure they do not affect the overall construction schedule
