With a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities, our General Manager Jamie Lonie is a highly experienced construction and property industry executive with over twenty-five years in senior management roles in the private and public sectors.
Under Jamie’s leadership, the business model and operating framework have been refined to ensure that Cadence & Co is poised to enter its second decade of growth building on its track record of creating exceptional homes and a loyal client base.
Jamie’s broad experience leading large cross-functional teams in both operational and project scenarios has helped build a solid financial base and an efficient and effective operating model across the company.
With a solid track record driving change, building performance-driven cultures, delivering results, and developing people, Jamie’s wealth of experience continues to be critical to the success and stability of the Cadence & Co business.
Originally from Scotland, Jamie joined Cadence & Co in 2021, he holds a B.A. Hons in Industrial Design and a Diploma in Building and Construction Management.
