Co-founder of Cadence & Co and a licensed builder, Darren has worked in the building industry since 1986. Over this time, he has developed a wealth of experience in custom residential construction that would be hard to beat.
With his sense of style, vision and with a collaborative approach, Darren has built strong and lasting relationships with clients, architects, planning consultants, property specialists, project managers, trades and suppliers.
The depth of these relationships across all aspects of property design, construction and the property market itself, means that Darren can give invaluable insight and advice to our clients, providing both a sense of trust in the process, and confidence in the outcome
Darren genuinely cares about achieving the best result holistically for our clients. He understands the broader picture of each project and ensures that this extra layer of understanding is communicated to the team through the design and construction process.
