Having started her career working in construction management and estimating on project homes, Cheryl quickly found a love for more custom designed homes. Moving into the area of bespoke properties, she was able to expand her knowledge and love of more specialist materials, custom made finishes and advanced building methodologies.
Cheryl is proactive and energetic, and her strong attention to detail and accuracy makes her a highly valued member of the Estimating Team.
Cheryl possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excels in the often high-pressure area of estimating. She understands that accuracy around costings – while also realistically working with the client’s budget – is critical to every project.
