Introduction
The clients sought to maximise their Northern Beaches property’s by adding a pavilion to the rear of the block. This structure was designed to serve as a multifunction space – for both children to play and adults to relax. It adjoins a new pool fully lined in mosaic tiles and complemented by a stone retaining wall housing a contemporary water feature.
The pavilion finishes are durable enough to withstand a beachside lifestyle, and the fresh white Hamptons exterior opens into a contemporary interior, accented with warm greys and timbers to create a timeless, tonal palette. Large bifold doors open onto a garden area delineated by frameless glass balustrading, and the charcoal timber boundary fence provides the perfect backdrop to lush botanical foliage.
