Delivered on time and to budget
Hi. We used Cadence in 21/22 to do a major refurbishment at our house. This was not an easy job with Covid, rain and the potential for supply issues at the start of the project - something all Sydney projects faced at that time. With their expertise and team work the project was delivered on time and to budget - happy family and cats. We are pleased to welcome our friends and family to benefit from a fantastic quality job.

More thrilled than ever with the results
Two years on from our front yard and garage renovations and we are more thrilled than ever with the results. Prior to the renovation I hated the front of my house so much I stopped looking at it but now it looks like my dream house. Cadence and Co delivered the whole lot- from design, to building, project managing and now maintaining. The double garage has replace the dilapidated single garage and the landscaping enhances our California bungalow. Our latest experience with Cadence is the joinery in our family room completed just before Christmas last year. Every single tradesman who came into our home was professional and skilled. I now have the functional storage I need as well as loving the way it looks.
I’m now plotting a backyard “tweak” so will be back in contact with Cadence’s small works department to get the ball rolling.

Impeccable attention to detail
We started off with Cadence & Co with a blind request through the website. I received a call that afternoon and was so impressed with the professionalism and promptness right from the start. We worked with the architecture team to finalise plans and begin our work. Throughout the build, we worked closely with design, to choose finishes and make sure all was working out well. It was all the attention to detail throughout that really impressed us. I would hire Cadence & Co again in a heart beat and recommend them to everyone I know considering a renovation. Having a professional team manage and organise a renovation is key - it will save time and money in the long run. Our renovation is a prime example as we were moving back into our house after 3 months. There were a few things that still needed finishing afterwards, due to world wide materials and appliance shortages and crazy rain conditions, but the Cadence team didn’t ignore or leave us hanging. They continued until every last detail was done. We even had a few joinery changes and those were addressed and altered within a tight time frame.
