Cadence & Co are thrilled to announce that Will Maunder has won the MBA NSW Apprentice of the Year Award for 2020.
Will started his apprenticeship with Cadence & Co in 2017 where he soon became an integral member of our team.
With his desire to learn and stable approach to his work, Will is considered in his approach to building and takes great lengths to complete tasks with precision and care.
With his quick ability to think outside the box, Will has gained a reputation for thorough delivery, great team leadership and as someone who excels at everything they are asked to do.
Also considered a superstar off the tools, Will is an outstanding member of the community, often volunteering at St Vincent De Paul and looking after our summer swimmers as a Bronze Medallion holder from the ASLSC. He also took part in the ‘Cadence & Co give back’ community initiative that saw the team travel down south to rebuild an enclosure for the animals affected by the bushfires earlier this year.
Will is a great asset to the building industry, and his peers as well as senior management have had the pleasure to watch Will grow into a mature, kind and hardworking young man.
