Cadence & Co provided invaluable guidance from concept to completion of our heritage renovation. The team of architects, designers, builders, trades and staff worked with us to realise our vision of modernising our home whilst remaining sympathetic to its history. Numerous plan iterations were proposed and refined, necessitating significant structural works and resulting in a transformative layout conducive to contemporary family living.

Design elements were commissioned and thoughtfully selected, inspired by the building’s unique blend of architectural styles to achieve a cohesive outcome. Specialist trades with the requisite skills were diligently sourced and overseen by Cadence, which enabled period features to be both meticulously restored and significantly enhanced by bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings.

We have been so impressed with the service and support of the full Cadence team, from initial concept and design through construction and delivery. We bought in the Highlands and have done a full remodelling and renovation of the original dwelling, and total landscaping of the property. At every step of the way, we have been guided and supported by the team who earned our trust and confidence which was critical given we were only onsite every few weeks. In particular, the site manager has been outstanding and was 100% dedicated to the works, listening to us and in turn suggesting ideas with total commitment to a high-quality finish.
